Phantom Robotics is a specialized provider of robotic programming personnel for the automotive industry. Our team brings deep experience working on-site at major OEM and Tier 1 supplier facilities — including Tesla, Stellantis, Ford, Autokiniton and more.
We’re not just familiar with the industry — we’ve been in it, on the ground, solving problems in real time. Our programmers are highly skilled, deeply knowledgeable, and equipped to step into nearly any robotic automation scenario with confidence.

Phantom Robotics has supported a wide range of automation projects, working directly with major automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators. Whether hired by the end user or brought in through a third party, we’re known for filling critical gaps during product launches and delivering results under pressure.

Project highlights include:

Tesla: Programmed the Model S body shop and battery tray. Afterwards, Tesla hired us directly to train their maintenance team. We've since contributed to the Model X, 3, and Y programs.

MBUSI (Mercedes-Benz, Alabama): Involved in every production phase since 2003. We currently have a full-time programmer embedded in their maintenance engineering group and have provided training through both in-house sessions and contracts with the Alabama Department of Training.

Ford: Our programmers were involved in all frame lines, as well as all body in white lines for the new model launch of the F-150, 250, & 350.

Phantom Robotics started as a small team of five and quickly grew to a peak of 35, driven by demand for skilled robotics professionals. Today, we maintain a tight-knit team of 11 expert robot programmers, averaging over 15 years of hands-on industry experience. Our reputation for excellence is recognized on project sites, where our team's skill, reliability, and professionalism consistently stand out. Over the years, several of our programmers have been recruited directly by Tier 1 suppliers, Ford, and FCA—clear proof that we’re not only hiring, but developing top-tier talent. Clients often request that our team stay on after projects wrap up to provide ongoing training and maintenance support, a testament to the trust we’ve earned in the field.
